Ingredients
- 2 cups Ritz Bits crackers (plain, or with cheese if you like a cheesy garlic flavor)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare the Seasoned Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, dried parsley, dried basil, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Coat the Crackers:
- Place the Ritz Bits crackers in a large mixing bowl. Pour the seasoned butter over the crackers and gently toss to coat evenly.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the crackers and toss again.
- Bake:
- Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the crackers are golden and crisp. Be careful not to over-bake, as they can burn quickly.
